Praja Palana Web Application Official Website Launched @https://prajapalana.telangana.gov.in

Praja Palana Web Application (https://prajapalana.telangana.gov.in) : Procedure to be followed to enter the data of physical application of Praja Palana in to the web application form.
1. Enter the below URL in the search bar/address bar of any browser like Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox             URL: https://prajapalana.telangana.gov.in
2. Then the below “Home Page” will appear
3. Then click on “Department Login” to go to login page

4. Then the below “Officer’s Login Page” will appear. The officers to login are District Collectors, Data Entry Operators (DEOs)/Data Entry Employee.

Praja Palana Web Application District Collector’s Login:

5. Logins were created with User ID to all the District Collectors and the login is of OTP authenticated.
6. The District Collector can login by using the User ID and by entry of OTP received to his registered mobile number.
The SMS is as follows :
“Welcome to Praja Palana. Your OTP to login Praja Palana website is 746937 and is valid up to 10 minutes only. Do
not share this OTP to anyone. Thank you. – Praja Palana Team”
7. Provision is given to District Collectors to create USERs [Data Entry Operators (DEOs)/Data Entry Employee] who enters the data.
8. The District Collector can “Activate/De-Activate” the Registered User.
9. If the User is De-Activated by the District Collector, then the Data entered by the DEO up to De-Activation will be
available.
10. After creation of User by the District Collector, an SMS will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number of the
User which is as follows
“Sri/Smt./Kum..
Harish Kumar,
You are registered as a User with your Mobile Number 8919034255 for data entry on Praja Palana Web Application: prajapalana.telanagana.gov.in. Your User ID is HARISH123. Do not share this User ID with anybody.
District Collector, Nalgonda District.”

Praja Palana Web Application Data Entry Operator/Employee Login:

11. Now the DEO has to follow the Steps from 1 to 8 to login in to the Praja Paalana Website by entering his User
ID and the OTP received to his Registered Mobile Number. On successful login, then the below Screen will appear.

12. Now the DEO has to click on ప్రజా పాలన దరఖాస్ుత (Praja Palana Application) Tab to open the Web Application Form, which is as below

13. దరఖాస్తు సంఖ్య: Only Numerical shall be entered and up to 5 digits

14. ఆధార్ నంబరు:

The Aadhaar number shall be
• Only Numeric
• Minimum number of digits are 12 and Maximum number of digits are 12
• Should not start with Zero/One
If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Aadhaar Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the Application?”
(Yes/No).

DEO shall tally the Aadhaar Number written in the Physical Application Form with the Aaddhar Number
of the Xerox Copy enclosed to the application form by the Applicant.

15. రేషన్ కార్డు నంబరు:

The Ration Card Number shall be
• Only Numeric.
• Minimum number of digits are 12 and Maximum number of digits are 12.
If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Ration Card Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the Application?”
(Yes/No)

16. మొబైల్ నంబరు:The Mobile Number shall be
• Only Numerical
• Minimum and Maximum number of digits is 10.
• Should Start with 6/7/8/9 only
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a prompt or notification will pop up as follows
“You entered an invalid mobile number. Does this match with the number entered in the application?”
(Yes/No)

17. If Family Members are more than one, then their details can be entered by clicking on “Add Family Member.”
Tab as per the physical application.

18. Gram Panchayats are mapped with New Mandals. Hence the DEO shall select the Correct Mandal wherein the
Gram Panchayat falls under.

19. గ్యాస్  కనెక్షన్ నెం (మహా లక్ష్మి).:

The Gas Connection Number shall be
• Alphanumeric
• Minimum 1 Digit & Maximum 10 digits
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Gas Connection Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the
Application?”
(Yes/No)

20.పట్టాదారు పాస్త పుస్తకం నంబరు:
The Pattadar Passbook Number shall be
• Alphanumeric
• 12 characters – First Character is Alpha i.e., T, followed by 11 Numeric.
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Pattadar Passbook Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the
Application?”
(Yes/No)

21. ఉపాధిహామీ కార్డు నెంబర్:

The EGS Job Card Number shall be
• Alphanumeric
• Minimum 18 and Maximum 19 Characters
• (prior to move to NIC Software: Only Numeric/18 Digits &
After moving to NIC Software: Alphanumeric-First 2 Characters are Alpha (TS) followed by 17 Digits)
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid EGS Job Card Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the
Application?”
(Yes/No)

22.

అమరులైన సంవత్సరం:

This Year shall be up to 2014 Only and exactly 4 Digits.
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Year. Does this match with the Number entered in the Application?”
(Yes/No)

23. FIR నంబరు:

The FIR Number shall be
• Numeric with Special Character “/”
• Minimum 4 Characters and Maximum 10 Characters
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid FIR Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the Application?”
(Yes/No)

24. డెత్ సర్టిఫికేట్ నంబరు:
The Death Certificate Number shall be
• Alphanumeric with Special Character /, -, &
• Minimum 1 Character and Maximum 20 Characters
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Death Certificate Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the
Application?”
(Yes/No)

25.FIR సంవత్సరం:

This year shall be Numeric only and exactly 4 Digits.
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Year. Does this match with the Number entered in the Application?”
(Yes/No)

26. గృహ వినియోగ విదతయత్  మీటర్ కనెక్షన్ సంఖ్య:

This Electricity Meter Connection Number is
• Alphanumeric with Specia Character”-“
• 8-11 Characters
• (SC No. Alphanumeric with Specia Character”-“ and Minimum 8 and Maximum 11 digits & USC No. Only Numeric – 8 -9 Digits)
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid Electricity Meter Connection Number. Does this match with the Number entered
in the Application?”
(Yes/No)

27. సాదరం సర్టిఫికేట్ నంబరు:

The SADAREM Certificate Number shall be
• Only Numeric &
• Exactly 17 digits.
➢ If any one of the above is not followed, then a Prompt/Notification will pop up is as follows
“You entered an invalid SADAREM Certificate Number. Does this match with the Number entered in the
Application?” (Yes/No)
• The Details of more than one Disabled Persons SADAREM Certificate Numbers can be entered by click on
“Add SADAREM Certificate Number”.
